February 3rd. The scanner was right. The plan was right. The execution was not.

Feb 3, 2:14 AM

Down $4,200 today. Held through the stop. Again. I knew at 10:47 what was happening and I just... sat there. Nobody saw it. That's the problem. Nobody sees it.

He'd been trading for three years. He'd read every book. Built a scanner that caught the setup at 9:48. And at 10:47 — same as always — he moved the stop.

That morning, instead of closing the app, he opened his texts.

What if we just checked in every morning. Before the open. I'll show you my watchlist if you show me yours.

6:52 AM

Yeah. And we post P&L at end of day. Real screenshots. No hiding.

I'm in. But we need rules. Actual rules. Written on a bad day so we remember why they exist.

6:57 AM

That text thread became the first morning check-in. Three traders. One rule: show up before the open, or your seat goes to someone who will.

The first group call lasted 22 minutes. They've missed three in two years.

Real brokerage screenshots. No hiding a red day behind "I'll post tomorrow." The group sees everything — that's the point.

Did you honor your rules? One-word answer: yes or no. If no, you write which rule and why. No judgment — just honesty.

One member walks the group through their worst trade of the week. Not the loss — the decision. Where did the discipline break?

The Shared Rules

Written collectively on bad days. Revised only when someone breaks one and explains why.

01No trades in the first 15 minutes.
02Stop is set before entry. Moving it is a rule violation.
03One loss over $500 = done for the day.
04No revenge trading. If you feel it, you post it.
05Watchlist posted before 9 AM or no trades.
06Friday debrief attendance is mandatory.

"We didn't write these rules on a good day. We wrote them the morning after we needed them most."

The first member who stuck to the plan for 30 consecutive sessions didn't post a highlight reel.

He posted: "Green day. Honored the stop."

Green day. +$340. More importantly — honored the stop on NVDA at 10:14 even though it recovered. Six months ago I hold that. Today I didn't. That's the work.

Red. −$210. Broke rule 3 on the TSLA short. I knew it at entry and did it anyway. Writing it here so I can't pretend it didn't happen. Friday debrief is going to be uncomfortable.

Watchlist: AMZN 188.40 long above VWAP, AMD watching 162 for rejection. No earnings plays this week. Still shaky from last Thursday.

First month where I stuck to the plan every single session. 22 trading days. Not my best P&L month. But the first month I can actually learn from.

Ticker isn't a course. It's not a Discord server. It's a small, private group with a waiting list and one open question for every applicant.
